Dr.Oetker Chicken Breast Pudding is a traditional and nostalgic dessert! Now it is very easy to prepare at home! It is cooked with 500 ml of milk, cooled in the refrigerator, then sliced and served.
Pour 500 ml (2.5 cups) of milk into a saucepan. Add the whole bag to it. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with a spoon. When it starts to boil, turn down the heat, add 25 g (1 tablespoon) margarine and continue cooking by stirring for 2-3 more minutes. After removing it from the stove, pour it into a greased mold measuring 15x25 cm. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours, then slice and serve.
