Dr.Oetker Creme Caramel is an extremely light dessert that will be suitable for lunch hours. This dessert, which is very difficult to prepare using classical methods, is very practical to prepare thanks to Dr.Oetker. The package contains ready-made caramel sauce and cream to be cooked with 500 ml of milk. During preparation, an egg yolk is added if desired. There is no need for the baking process required in the classical preparation method.
Divide the caramel sauce into 4 creme caramel bowls rinsed with water. Put 500 ml (2.5 cups of milk) in a saucepan and pour the powder mixture on it. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. When it starts to boil, keep it on the fire for 1 more minute and remove it from the stove without waiting for it to thicken. Pour the cooked cream caramel into the prepared molds, not too high, without mixing with the sauce. After it comes to room temperature, chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Lift it from the edge of the molds with a knife and serve by turning it upside down on the plate.
Contains sugar, caramel sauce (glucose syrup, caramelized sugar, glucose - fructose syrup), corn starch, thickeners (carrageenan and guar gum), flavoring, coloring (beta carotene).
