Kenton Custard with Kadaif is a practical dessert that you can prepare at home or even in the office kitchen in a few minutes. It is possible to prepare a very delicious dessert in just 10 minutes with a Kenton mixture and milk. You can serve it to both your guests and you can enjoy yourself.

Put butter in a large pan and melt. Put kadaif and sugar on it. Cook over medium heat, by stirring constantly until it turn brown. Take it from the stove and let it cool. Then to prepare a custard, pour 750 ml (3.5 cups) of milk into a saucepan. Add the powder mixture on it. Stir until it boils over medium heat. After it starts to boil, simmer for 4-5 minutes on low heat. Get it from the stove. Spread half of the kadaif on the tray. Pour the whole custard over it. Pour the remaining kadaif on the custard and store in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours, then serve by slicing.
It contains gluten. Store in a cool and dry place
