    Resembling a Muscat, it is a tropical tree. The seeds of the plant are also used as a spice. At the Arifoğlu Spice production factory, Arifoğlu Muscat is offered for sale after screening, sorting, sterilization and packaging. It is realized within the framework of Total Quality Management Standards, in line with ISO, HACCP practices.

     

    Consuming Instructions

    Arifoğlu Muscat can be used in potato dishes, meatballs, puree, bechamel sauce, soups, mushroom dishes, meat dishes, all kinds of cheese cookies, cauliflower, some cakes (mixed with cinnamon, cloves and allspice).
