Then, we start to boil them. We add one glass of water to each 1 kg of rose petals to boil them for 50 minutes. The rose petals become transparent and lost their color. In the aftermath of heating the jam we do add some sour salt to it and boil it again. The rose jam takes the pinky red color and we put it in jars when it is heated.
