    With its hard texture and yellow color, Filiz Semolina, which is the main ingredient of traditional semolina halva and semolina dessert, comes to your tables to be used in different recipes as well as local recipes. It is frequently used in the making of lemon, orange and pomegranate desserts as it is especially compatible with slightly sour fruits and is added to milk puddings.
