    The history of siyez wheat, which is grown in Kastamonu Region and considered to be the ancestor of today's wheat varieties, dates back to the Hittites. In addition to its flavor, Yayla Siyez Bulghur Pilaff also draws attention by being particularly nutritious and practical. It contains very rich minerals and vitamins. It is cooked in the same way as in your home, without any additives or preservatives.

    Contains water, einkorn wheat bulghur, green pepper, sunflower seed oil, olive oil, salt, onion, garlic, black pepper, turmeric

    Directions

    You can open the packaging and heat it in the microwave oven in 2 minutes. You can pour it into the pot and heat it in 3 minutes. Also, you can warm it in hot water for 5 minutes without opening the package.


    Warnings

    It can be stored at room temperature unless opened, it does not need to be stored in the refrigerator. After the package is opened, it should be consumed immediately or stored in the refrigerator (+4 C) and consumed within 2 days.
