How is it prepared
It is poured into a suitable pan or saucepan. When it starts to boil, either ball or scrambled eggs are added into it. You can flavor it with any seasoning you want. You can also use it in all dishes as a sauce.

Dives Menemen is prepared carefully in a homemade fashion. It is made from fresh tomatoes and peppers harvested in season and frozen.

Pour the content into a suitable saucepan and apply medium heat. Wait for it to boil and add stirred raw eggs. Add additional salt and oil as desired.

Cover the pan and cook the eggs over medium-low heat until just set and you are ready. Serve with warm bread or tortilla and tea.
