History of halva

How is Halva made?

Halva is made with flour, butter, margarine, natural sugar, water or milk, black seed, and tahini. First, flour, margarine and butter are boiled together for twenty minutes. Sugar boiled separately is added on top. Tahini is added on and cooked all together. The real talent is shown in the final step of shaping the halva.
