Finger Halva is a fibrous halva that resembles the Turkish Floss flavor of Eskişehir, in Turkey. It got its name from a street game played with met (rod) and anklebone. It is the product of a tradition formed by the defeated party pulling halva on long winter nights as a result of the met game. It is horizontally cut halva with a diameter of 2–3 cm and a length of 6 cm.
You can offer Finger Halva to your house parties and birthdays or serve them to children and adults who come for religious holiday. This halva, which you can use especially in the service of your dairy desserts and custard, also will add elegance to your presentation.
Do not expose to direct sunlight, protect from moisture and store horizontally. Store in a cool and dry place between 16 °C – 20 °C. Suitable for direct consumption.
It contains sugar, wheat flour, tahini, vegetable oil, water, powdered cocoa, flavoring (vanillin and butter aroma), acidity regulator (e-330).
Product contains tahini (sesame), wheat flour (gluten) and milk products. It may contain trace of hazelnuts, pistachios, almonds, and walnuts.
