Practical pastry in homemade taste with Dr.Oetker Pastry. It is very easy to prepare. Dr.Oetker Pastry contains a mixture of dried greens and sesame. Dr. Oetker Pastry, which requires less oil and yogurt compared to classical recipes, is unleavened and can be prepared in a very short time.
Spread 32X37 cm baking paper on the baking tray. Set the oven to the specified temperature and open it beforehand to warm up. Pour the flour mixture into a deep bowl. Add margarine, yogurt and oil on it and knead. To prepare the stuffing, mix the mixture of feta cheese and dried greens thoroughly. Divide the dough into 13 equal parts and roll each one into a circle with a diameter of 6-7 cm. Divide the stuffing evenly on it and fold it in half and close the edges. Press lightly to form a pastry. Put the pastries on baking paper. Brush them with egg yolk and sprinkle sesame seeds evenly. Place the tray on the middle shelf of the oven and bake for the specified time. Remove from the oven and serve.
