Pınar Shrimps are for those who love this gourmet taste. Now easy to prepare, try making a range of shrimp dishes including fried, grilled or oven casserole options. A pack of cocktail sauce is also provided in the packaging to complete the meal. Pınar Shrimps are selected from the local sea shrimps and fished from the Pınar Fish Group’s private beverages.
For shrimp salad; while boiling 4 glasses of water in a saucepan, add ½ teaspoon of salt, ½ tablespoon of lemon juice and ½ tablespoon of vinegar. Add 1 pack of dissolved shrimp to the boiling water. After 1 minute, the boiled shrimps are removed and kept in cold water for 1-2 minutes. Add 4 tablespoons of olive oil and juice of ½ lemon. Optionally, it is served with salt, lettuce and parsley. For shrimp pan; melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a preheated pan. Add 1 small diced onion and 2-3 diced peppers to the pan. Saute for about 3-4 minutes. Add 2-3 medium-sized tomatoes, peeled and cut into large cubes, and 1 teaspoon of salt to this mixture. After the tomatoes have drained, 1 package of pre-thawed shrimp is added to this mixture. It is served after 2.5-3 minutes of cooking.
