I think 60% cocoa ratio is ideal for a dark chocolate. If the cocoa ratio is too high, it tastes bitter to me. The balance of this chocolate is very good. In addition, the combination of dark chocolate and pistachios made me happy :)

I took a chance an ordered quite a few of these to try them out since I haven’t heard of the brand. My first tofu pack ended up being chucked due to the default flavor and texture of this Tofu not working out with my recipes. Since I’ve been on a no waste mission where I try to use everything I buy, I was determined to attempt cooking with these again. I randomly decided to try it in a tofu egg scramble and it came out perfect. The soybean flavor is strong but it complimented my tofu scramble perfectly. To confirm I tried another brand of tofu that was extra firm and the taste was so much more bland although, I used the same amount of seasonings and spices. Because of this, for my scramble I now will on get this brand. I love the super extra firm texture and it doesn’t require me to press prior to recipes.

I was a little hesitant ordering baklava online as I’m picky with my baklava but thus cabs highly recommended from friends and family!! I am so impressed with the 2-day delivery, the beautiful and very thoughtful presentation and the baklava!!! In my opinion, this is one of the worst apricot jam's I have ever had. For the most part, it had maybe 5-7 pieces of very small apricots while the rest of it was liquid flavored sugar. I was very disappointed and the photo is deceiving!
