Güllaç is just a dessert special of Ramadan in Turkey. I was very surprised to hear this. I've never eaten Güllaç before, but I have a lot of Turkish friends. They are all very happy that they ate Güllaç at Ramadan. I am extra excited both for the first time I will make it and for the first time I will eat it :)
