I have used a different bulgur for years and it has been discontinued. I found Amik plain karakılcık coarse cracked bulgur onGourmeturca and was very impressed with the quality. Great product.

Pepper can be stored for a long time when dried in the sun and you can consume it in any way you want. I boil these peppers. After that, I flavor it with olive oil, mint, thyme and lemon. It is especially delicious at breakfast but you can eat it in any way you want. For example, my neighbor boil it and fills the inside with rice mortar.
