I'm not a big dessert person, but love this stuff. And, I've eaten baklava at a couple dozen ethnic restaurants and bakeries who use traditional recipes as well as made it myself, and this is one of the best two or three I've ever tasted. It's a great recipe, arrives fresh, and lasts several days. The price is very reasonable. In fact I've purchased it three times so far and all were excellent.
