I was often consuming peanuts when I was trying to lose weight. I love to buy fresh peanuts and make peanut butter myself. You can roast peanuts in a preheated 190 degree oven for 8-10 minutes before processing. This process will ensure that the peanut butter does not leave too much oil and will add a roasted flavor to the paste. You can skip this step if you want. Add the peanuts to a food processor and then shred them at high speed. Continue this process for a total of 8-10 minutes at 2-minute intervals. Check the consistency and rest the robot by stopping in between. The more fluid you want it to be, the more you have to smash it in the robot. When the consistency becomes spreadable, you can optionally add honey and cinnamon and increase the sweetness. You can keep peanut butter in a tightly closed jar and in the refrigerator for about 2 months. I do not add anything because I like it without sugar. The peanuts were really fresh. Thanks to you, the peanut butter I made was very delicious.
