Rinsed and used 1:1 ratio of water in the pressure cooker, 6 min and natural release. It’s a sticky perfect jasmine rice. If I’d added a tiny bit of sugar and coconut milk powder and served with sautéed fresh garlic I think the coconut would have really popped.
