a sesame with a really tremendous quality . it was a quality above what I expected. I like to make bread and pies at home, and when sesame is poor quality, I realize that what I do is tasteless. Then I came across this brand online and after I really ordered it, I realized how high quality it was . the pies and breads are now very tasty. I love it! It is so delicious and yummy. There is only one thing that i do not like about baklava is, it is soo sweet. I am sensitive to sweet that is why it feels so sweety but all the baklavas are like this so i guess this is the way of baklava. Anyway i loved it no matter what because it is tasty and i realy like walnuts. Thank you for the fast shipping and the making packaging safe. I was worried about if the packages not good packaging but you wrap it well i would be regret if any drops happen.
