For the price, it would have been nice to get a larger number of pieces and a larger selection.Good for a special occasion but over-priced for a regular treat. Having spent my entire life in Texas before moving to New England a few years ago, I've been badly missing these beans, always filling up my carry-on luggage when visiting. I can't tell you how excited I am that gourmeturca is now selling these, and at a totally reasonable price. I use these for bean soup. I used to use dried beans just like mother taught me. I tried these and nothing bad happened! No soaking, no waiting, no sorting little rocks out. And the soup is fantastic.No salt - we need more products with less salt! Sodium overdose is killing us!
