I have been looking for a legume compliment for the grain's that are so readily available. This is perfect. it is light, slightly salty, and not full of oils like the other yummy compliments. I add it to my oatmeal, granola, salads and more. This is my new favorite snack! i put some in a plastic bag and take them with me. ISolves all my munchies...and they're good for me too! So fresh!! Yummy and healthy for vegan or great while looking for a quick snack with lots of protein. By nature, they are on the dry side as It should be. But still tasty and crunchy. I like these almost better than peanuts. They are great in salads.

My first thought when I tried these was that they tasted healthy, but in a good, satisfy -your- sweet- craving way. My second thought was "Uh- oh, these taste healthy. Husband will hate them". Turns out he loves them too! They're relatively low in calories and fat-free, with no processed sugar (according to the back of the package, these are "pressed" so that you get just the fruit and the veggies with no added sugar), have a decent amount of fiber, and are surprisingly filling. These make great snacks fir when we're on the fly; kind of like a small green smoothie without the mess or the cleanup. I'll definitely be buying more.
