I actually could not understand what is this at the first look. But then i read the description and searched it a little bit. It said that this is a type of cracked wheat. Then i decided to buy a pack to try it. Cause you can see that this is pretty different than the regular. So i tried it.. This is absolutely amazing. The taste is a little bit different but it is perfect. I always eat a carb source in meals and i am really sick of eating the similar stuff every day. So this is amazing for me. It is a good alternative as a carb source. Now i will search some recipes i can use it and buy some more packs.
