I love this mustard. My staff jokes about the odor from these but I find it much less than that of a similar brands. I was pleasantly surprised with the taste of these fillets. Very mild and (although there is no mistaking you are eating fish) flavorful. Given the protein and the omega 3's I enjoy 1 or 2 of these for lunch.
