I have only tried it on chicken so far, but it would be a wonderful salad dressing as well. I would add some light cream to thin it out a bit for salads. It would go particularly well with a chef salad. It can also be used as a sandwich spread. I think it would be nice on a ham and cheese sandwich or even a hot dog.
