    Palace halva is a type of Turkish floss halva that belongs to Izmit district of Kocaeli province. This dessert, which is known under various names, has been called "Palace Helva" in Kocaeli province since the Ottoman Period. Turkish Palace Halva with Pistachio is blended with abundant pistachio. Pistachio pieces increased its taste and modernized traditional palace halva.

    Storage

    It contains pistachio, sugar, wheat flour, vegetable oil, water, flavoring (vanillin and butter aroma), acidity regulator (e-330).

    Halva contains wheat flour (gluten), pistachio and milk products. It may contain trace of hazelnuts, pistachios, almonds, and walnuts.
