Palace halva is a type of Turkish floss halva that belongs to Izmit district of Kocaeli province. This dessert, which is known under various names, has been called "Palace Helva" in Kocaeli province since the Ottoman Period. Turkish Palace Halva with Pistachio is blended with abundant pistachio.
