I didn't think dried tomatoes would be so delicious. I always ate dried fruit. Frankly, I don't know if the vegetables are dried. Though then I realized that there were dried pepper and eggplant. Anyway ... Dried tomato is extremely delicious. It is also very healthy as it still contains lycopene.
