I use bay leaves in cooking a lot, mostly in soups, particularly french onion soup. These are my favorite, especially with the glass jar. The ones in the supermarket, even in the jar, never seem as fresh as these when I order them from gourmeturca so I have them on a weekly order. They seem to always arrive fresh and fragrant and even when I get to the end of the jar they are still pretty good. I keep them and when I am done I make my own rub and seasoning mixtures and put them in the jars so they can be re-used.

Great tasting sesame seeds. I’ve been using these for baking & buttered pasta for decades! - one for spooning a larger amount & the second opening is for sprinkling seeds out. Biggie sized! I'm consuming it with the tea I bought here. it is a product that I usually prefer to suppress my hunger. It's not a greasy cracker. very, very successful than most crackers. I love Turkey products. My kids usually eat this cracker until lunch time when they get back from school, and they love it. I want to talk about something more. It can be used also in aromatherapy. In this case, this is ground clove and it is essentially meant for the kitchen. It can be more practical to be used under powdered form since the standard cloves are made of a wood stalk with only the bud that is ground and eaten. The stalk is useful for planting it in onions in stews so it can be removed easily. It is also planted in oranges for a natural diffuser (the mix of orange-cloves is quite powerful and nice). One will have to be careful with the dosage because Eugenol is toxic in relatively small quantities. So do not overuse it while cooking. Just a pinch should suffice.

This product has just the RIGHT amount of taste and spice for the geographic regions it is intended for. I created a mixture of half flour plus half of this breading and seasoned my chicken the normal way BEFORE breading it. "Breading" by itself is not the same as SEASONING your chicken. If you are relying on any "breading" by itself to supply all your flavor, THAT is the problem You should be seasoning the chicken first. This has a great flavor, and it's a lot easier than making butter chicken from scratch. Chicken mix is very convenient for easy cooing. Always gets delicious. The other issue I have is that I cook it in an Instant Pot on high pressure. The regular stovetop recipe requires a total of 25 minutes. I think you can do it in 10 minutes on high pressure and do a quick release. But I'm still testing this, and until I find otherwise cook for 10 minutes and do a 10-minute release. No matter what method you use, the flavor is outstanding.
