I LOOOVE Olives and Olive sauces. I was planning to make tapenade with these, but after tasting them, they were yummy, deelicious, and tasty on their own! The mix of Olives were perfectly seasoned. I think; they are not bitter or did not have a bite. I did leave it in the vacuum sealed bags refrigerated for months; a two pack, which came packed in an outer plastic sealed bag, so I am not sure if that may have been a factor.
