This vermicelli pasta is one of my favorite. Since the pandemic I cannot find the product so happy gourmeturca carries it. I used to buy this locally, but the business went out of business very excited to know it was available. I’m so happy I found this pasta once again. Love the flavor and texture of the pasta. I haven't found the trick (yet) to keep it as a nest while it is cooking. There is definitely a difference in the taste between this vermicelli and American brands.
