Easy to cook. Does not leave stiff pieces inside. I think this is a very important issue. Product was fresh tasting. I use Chick Peas in so many ways: in salads; added to soups; hummus; heated with a bit of butter. This one has the added convenience of easily removal of the pesky membrane. Put them in a salad spinner, with as much tepid water to fill the container. Give them a good whirl. Most of the loose membrane is separated from the peas. Chickpeas are very good for you as are other beans. The nutrients from beans are far better for you than that of meat. It is so good. What a amazing quality and delivering. Thanks for everything.

It is very enjoyable in plain food but I use it to make cake. It's one of the three components of what we call halley cake. The recipe is below: attention! Before applying the recipe below, prepare to gain weight while getting ready to taste the most amazing taste you have ever had in your life. The recipe below is not suitable for those who want to maintain their weight and lose weight. the recipe is very simple friends. You mix the halley you know with the blackberry jam and whipped cream. You crush the halloumi in blackberry jam and whipped cream. Which one and how much to put is entirely up to you. Then you finish all of the mixture you have made. If you don't want to finish, get your shackles ready. enjoy your meal.

These vernicelli or easy to prepare and held their flavor well. One caveat is that I bought them to make Turkey vernicelli which is a very thin noodle dish and these are actually a medium noodle so they are a little wider than I prefer. Just a thought if you are looking for very thin noodles that these may be too thick! My family love these. Even the wrapping paper it came in is pretty. Received on time. Excellent seller. Will buy again in the future. Worth the money and wait. Especially the soups are great when cooked with these.

Perfect lentils. They are delicious, cook perfectly every time and I make the best spicy lentil salad with tumeric, cumin, salt, pepper, cinnamon, olive oil, juice of a lemon, rice or farro, walnuts or pistachios, and dried fruit. This is a great product. These cook right up in the Instant Pot in 6 minutes. We always soak 'em for an hour or so before cooking. I've gone through about 10 bags now and haven't found any stones/sand so that's a plus for this product. Did I mention the flavor is magical. Add a yummy curry sauce or just add salt an pepper and you got yourself a main dish.

This review is for the product. The seller was awesome and got the package to me in excellent condition and when promised. No issue with shipment or damage. I sent these to my 9 yr old granddaughter who is learning to fend for herself. She loves the mini raviolis to begin with. These individual portions are perfect and the containers do not get too hot in the microwave. Occasionally she needs help getting the plastic top off after cooking but most of the time she can do it herself. She feels like such a big girl and even cooks dinner for Mommy some time!

Having spent my entire life in Turkey before moving to New England a few years ago, I've been badly missing these ones, always filling up my carry-on luggage when visiting. I can't tell you how excited I am that gourmeturca is now selling these, and at a totally reasonable price. I have never seen these elsewhere. They are the gold standard in my mind. When the Pandemic began in early 2020 and grocery stores were insanely busy and aisles empty, I bought several cases of these cooked beans. These beans are my favorite though. They are delicious and very satisfying. I can eat them straight from the can without even heating them up. I love eating them in a flour tortilla with shredded cheese. I highly recommend this product. You can add the flavors you want when heating them (e.g. chopped jalapenos, mustard, molasses, hot sauce of your choice). They really work well as a side dish for a lot of things, especially stuff off the grill in the summer.

This is an old reliable product that has not changed its taste nor lowered ingredient standards. Tat really is one of the most reliable brands I ever ever encountered. Seeing this brand on gourmeturca made me really happy. I can only hope they never change the formula or the prices. Because I am very satisfied with its taste. I consume these by the handfuls so I don't need to worry about a large jar going stale. Never lasts me much over a week and they are gone. Not too overly salted with the low sodium but still good dry roasted flavor. Great protein pick me up when I don't have cheese or yogurt handy. These peanuts are delicious and habit forming. This is by far, the absolute sourdough whole wheat bread that is available on an online market! High quality preparation, copious amounts of raisins.
