I suspect my husband and teenage son may eat some of this trail mix from time to time because it finishes so fast but haven't commented on the flavor since they don't want to admit hahaha. Gaining weight and actually having an appetite has been a problem for me the entire time. I’ve been trying to find high protein snacks that don’t require me eating a large amount and ones that do not repulse me and this is it. This tastes absolutely amazing and the amount that you get for the price is great. In the grocery store a tiny bag of nuts or dried fruit would be a couple dollars and this is all in one in a really big tray.

I'm positive these things would stay fresh even after that time and it really does. Really really great price considering how much it cost for a small bag of them from even Wal-Mart or any other price discount store. Will buy again for sure. Will make excellent Xmas presents or even as something to bring to a Xmas party or give to a hostess if a party you are going too. In a pinch you could get a medium size decorative cookie tray and open up the individual pkgs for a cookie swap or for a really easy yet yummy tray to bring to a party.

Bought this so that I could make vegan Mac and cheese and it adds so much flavour - have made it previously without but it is so much better with this yeast! Highly recommend for vegans looking to make “cheesy” recipes! I bought this after finding out I can't eat cheese anymore, and was searching for something to sprinkle on vegetables or on pasta. Hint: use this on foods that have some moisture and more taste. This is so light. I like to use this a lot in my diet. I add it to anything and, tastes great! It's a nutty, buttery sort of flavor.

Delicious. Much better than the other brand I bought from an online site that had a soapy taste. It's also very clean with no debris or leftover shell. Love it. Will definitely buy again. As a vegan nutritionist, I am always on the lookout for inexpensive, quick, and easy ways to get staples. These red lentils are wonderful. They are nutrient dense, high in fibre, cook up quickly, and are incredibly delicious. I love to cook with lentils as they are a great, ethical source of protein and fiber. I find that red lentils cook faster than brown lentils but still have a pleasantly mild flavor.

My daughter didn't like these when she was a toddler, but my son was obsessed with them. It was a quick, easy snack on the go, and great to throw in my purse in case he got the munchies while we were out. Now that he's 2, we're finishing up the last few (he still likes them, but he's not getting teeth anymore). Because they're coconut flavoured and fairly bland, they were also good for when he had stomach upset and/or diarrhea. Yeah don’t be afraid buy it You’ll be happy have a great day! These wafers are my 3 yrs old daughter's favorite snack. She's been eating them for months. The first few times I had to break off a small piece and hand it to her. But she quickly learned how to chew them and now will devour a pack in a few minutes. Every flavor is delicious, however banana is my baby's favorite (and mine because it's the easiest cleanup). Hosbes also make a wafer style snack. I highly recommend these wafers which are too good and stick inside the mouth once wet. My daughter refuses to eat the other different brands.

When you put Tat’s on your table....sorry, the old commercial popped into my head. Tat’s products always taste good. I'm working on building up my emergency food and kits and this cans fit the bill nicely in quantity, price and expiration date.
