The products are as delicious as in the photo. I really love it .... It is so great ... It tastes so different. You have never tried. but luckily I decided to give it a try. One of the most beautiful desserts I've ever discovered. All very fresh and tasty. And it's a very cheap price for a big can of dessert. My usual sources of lentils 'dried up' during the pandemic scare. For weeks, there were no lentils to be had, at least no organic red lentils, which is what I use. I finally started looking for a new source. I was pleased to find this product on gourmeturca. The price is less than I was paying usually, and they were in stock and arrived quickly after I ordered them. They look great, and I am very glad I ordered them. the leafs taste was so sweet i really liked it and i am using it in a while this is the stuff that you can use instead of casual tea it is so delightfull and delicious it goes well with breakfast and launch break if you have a stressed day just drink it it gives you happines it gives you relaxation well what can i say except nice awsome delightfull garcious delicious yeah what can i say.. the package was too beautiful to be real cargo came in pretty fast it is really cheap for the product i really recommend you to guys you shoud definitely buy it

It tasted really good. I sauteed onions first in the pot with 2 tablespoons of butter and some extra virgin olive oil. Sprinkled garlic & onion powder and also italian seasoning that has all the usual suspects in that seasoning mix. Then i poured a can of chicken broth which isn't quite 2 cups. Then once that boils, pour one cup of the bulgur. Lower heat and cover and don't mess with it except to stir it once halfway into 12 minutes total time of cooking. It should be perfectly cooked and tasty. If not, then don't quote me on any of this, or buy yourself another stove. Cheers & good luck! So happy to find it here.

I’ve had a hard time to find large beans. I had ordered from another site. They were supposed to be organic and top quality. My first pound I made I had to double the cooking and still not soft. After a month I tried it with with 2 lbs and soaked overnight and pressure cooker, and not any better. I still ate them. Needless to say I threw away the last 2 lbs. I did not liked the quality at all. BUT when I ordered from gourmeturca it was just like how I wanted. Large full beans that cooked up soft and easily.

They look great served in a salad or side dish. The texture is creamy, not grainy. The taste is good. i've tried enough different beans to say this one is extra perfect with quality. I use a lot of canned black beans and after trying many other products, these are the only ones I buy now. The color of the beans is uniform and pleasantly black. It arrived perfect condition. So thanks Gourmeturca for the best service. These were cheaper than a regular can of beans and much bigger so i gave them a shot and they are pretty damn good.

Orzo pairs well with dried veg and takes up their flavors. I freeze leftovers in a muffin tin so l can have quick meals, and freezing doesn’t affect the quality of the pasta at all. And since these are made in Turkey, happy to contribute to that economy in some small way. This is great and authentic Turkey orzo that has that beautiful unique taste that only this pasta seems to have. I love this product and will buy more of it in the future! I sometimes add these in my soup recipes as well it really differs from the ones I bought from supermarkets. Definitely worths its money.

I am glad I found this product on Gourmeturca. This is the only bulgur brand I ever use. I visit Turkey very often and I have used this kind of bulgur all my life. This is the only close product to which I always buy from Turkey. Since I purchase many other things from gourmeturca, it was very convenient to add this to my purchase. We can never find the fine bulgur wheat in the store. It's usually to large. This tastes great and is the perfect size for our dishes. I am happy we found it on Gourmeturca. Thanks for everything. This is my favorite pasta ever. I know it differs a lot from pasta but I don’t know really what to call it. There is no other product I have found thats 100% great, and still has this great constancy and texture. I agree, it's WAY to expensive in the markets. Except here, I am willing to buy it if they keep selling at this price range. Because it's still cheaper than eating out for example, and it's the only pasta I will eat at home. Oh well!!
