I just cooked the best pilaf in my life with this orzo. I roasted them before putting the rice in the bowl. Then added rice in it. Came out perfectly fine. This was an inspired purchase! I am pleasantly surprised at how different the taste and texture of this orzo from Turkey is from the typical American store bought orzo. It is more chewy I texture and has a nice mouthfeel to the small pasta. Even my wife noticed which means it is a noticeable difference! Lol! Try it, you’ll like it! easy to prepare. I tried stove top and also Instant Pot. Both amazing.
