I can't think of a product that comes even close to the quality of these black eyed peas. They taste extraordinary fresh, which is extraordinary, since if one doesn't have a car, canned food is really appreciated during this global crisis when fresh food is less accessible. These beans are great. There's no salt and no fat, so you have to doctor them. Great with rice and hot dogs. It's so amazing to finally have something so common finally available online. I love adding in extra veggies and mushrooms and even some pan fried tofu when I have it.
