First of all, I have to admit that when I bought this vermicelli, I had no clue how to use it. I later learned that the Turkish people cook it with rice. Since I don't know how to cook it, I gifted it to a Turkish friend and he made me rice with vermicelli. we ate together and my friend told me that I can make these noodles rice. they taste very tasty. Great! Perfect size to stash in your purse or pocket when you don’t have time for a meal - or just need a snack. they’re amazingly satisfying. The 6 pack is economical & it’s compact enough that storage isn’t a problem. I needed a snack like this to keep with me. It's a perfect purse size, drawer size, car size. When I need a small snack, but I don't want to get a bag of something that a gas station that is three servings, this fits the bill. These are a great snack to have stashed in desk at work or in the car.

These are really delicious. I loved eating these. I look at the first taste of it when I went on holiday to Turkey last year. the waiter serving asked me if I would prefer garlic sauce. I was surprised at first. but then I understood. Turks eat it with garlic yogurt. They also pour fried butter and red pepper flakes on the Turkish mantı. It is really delicious. If you like dishes with dough, I suggest you try them. I think you will love this Turkish mantı. Thank you very much to this site for providing me this beautiful flavor. I definitely recommend.
