It has a crunchy and crispy crust and a soft, airy crumb and it's delicious with soups, sauces and bruschetta. There is no salt in it so it is very beneficial. I dont use salt in any of my dishes so I was really happy to find this on an online site. I thought the bread would arrive stale but it didnt. Of course it was not as you would expect from a pastry but still it was pretty fresh. If you cant eat -non out of bakery fresh- bread then I wouldnt recommend. But still it is worth trying.
