Sure are a lot of eaters of bread that do not know what a bread is to be like when baked correctly. This sourdough village bread is an example of a well cooked bread. I love it in any way possible. Single problem –con- of it is that it is being shipped online so it is, of couse, drying out a lil bit. But this is completely normal. If you are looking for a hot freshly cooked bread then this is not for you but I dont understand the ones who complain about it. It was pretty obvious isnt it?

This bread is delicious and high in fiber. Was recommended to me by my brother with diverticulosis (needs lots of fiber) and my family has become fans ever since. I ordered this because markets have not had it in stock due to Corona Virus. We go through it pretty fast, but still had to freeze a couple of loaves to use in the future.
