I made many researches about the salt because i know that it is not healthy at all but i read from many different websites, rock salts are the best for your health. I am trying to be really careful about the foods and these are the best. I got blood pressure and i have to be careful about what i eat and salt is the worst for blood pressure but my doctor told me that if you obsessed with salt you should buy rock salt. I love these ones!

these pumpkin seeds are really fresh. I bought them before another website, i did not like them. because they were really bad. but these are really fresh. generally i prefer roasted ones. but these time i ordered raw ones. i really like them. and also packeting was good. when i comes to the these taste, these are really good exactly what these are have to be. on the other hand it is realy helps to our immune system. in these pandemic status we have to be carrefull. that is why i prefer these kinds of nuts such as raw pumpkin seeds.

oh my god. it is really good. I think i ordered it several times and i am going to order it several times more. taste was really good. it is raw cashew nut is my favorite. I prefer raw cashew nut rather than roasted cashew nut. I read an information about it in an article. the raw cashew nuts are reailly healty for our skin and body. it helps to increase our skin elestacity. and also it is really healty for our immune system especially these pandemic days it is really important. we should be really carrefull about immune system. I love the taste of the hazelnuts. I do not now how Turks deal with it but oh god their hazelnuts are the best. I bought these because of we gave a family party and i made these hazel nuts with a chocolate. If you do not like pure taste (which is great anyway) you can try my recipe too. Melt a chocolate and take the nuts in it. Make it dry and it becomes even better. I love the way when it is pure hazelnut but also you can try this way too. I bought this tea because of my friend. He is from turkey and he says that the Turks are addicted to tea. I love tea too but he especially recommend me this brand of tea and he said you will understand. I understood when i buy it. It is way different tea what we have in here. It is smooth , smells great and taste is so good. I did not know that the taste can be different that much. I learned that in turkey their opportunuties to grow a tea is better than here that might be the reason why it is more delicious.
