Lemon thyme is awesome. It tastes tremendous. Finding it as a breakfast sauce is even better. I am a person who adores breakfast. I always wake up early and have breakfast. I can not start the day without it. So a breakfast sauce is perfect for me. Besides the taste is not so intense. So it will not disturb your stomach in the morning. At least it doesn’t disturb mine. I actually did not like pepper pickles until this one. Last week i went to my mother for dinner. She brang a pickle plate and i started to eat the cucumbers in it. But when she strongly recommended the pickles, i decided to give it a chance. And that’s the beginning... I loved it. Now i might be an addicted. This is the best pepper pickles ever. It is written samandag in the name. I assume it is the place they make this. Thinking that they bring these from Turkey, that place must be in there. Anyways, it really doesn’t matter for me. Anadolu lezzetleri really is a professional. They know the job. This tarhana is amazing.. This is even better than the one i tried in Turkey. This is probably because of the hot chili pepper. I love it’s taste very much. The one i ate in Turkey was really spicy too but it was not bitter. Now i understand that all i needed was chili peppers. I actually tried it as a soup in Turkey but it is also awesome as chips too. The crunchy texture is wonderful! I eat it when i am watching something. This is the best option as a snack for movie times!

Tarhana is a very special food. It has a great history and it tastes amazing. When i went to Turkey 2 years ago for business i had a chance to try it. But this is actually a litlle bit different in there. They make soups from it and the soup itself is called tarhana too. So when i first saw this one, it was a little strange to me. Still i wanted to try this version too. Now i am glad that i do it. This is amazing. The taste is almost the same. Besides the texture is super. The crunchy chips feels like they are really fresh.
