    Eincorn wheat is the first wheat with N-14 chromosome structure in the age and has been preserving its genetic structure for 10000 years. Also, this product was selected from Turkey to be carried on Presidium (Nuh’un Tatları).

    After cleaning, boiling, drying and peeling off the shell, wheat is processed by different types of mills to produce ‘bulgur’. Bulgur are a good source of fiber, vitamin B1 and folic acid.

    It contains gluten, and eincorn wheat.

    Directions

    You can use Bulgur as a main ingredient of salad to eat at tea breaks. You can store the bulgur in the dry and cool environment for a long time and you can prepare salad or pilav by using bulgur, meat and vegetables.
