Cumhuriyet Soudjouk is produced from 100% beef, preserving its traditional taste in a hygienic environment. It is matured and enriched by natural fermentation method without heat treatment, together with the spices and garlic in its content.

It contains beef, beef fat, salt, spice mix (cumin, red pepper, black pepper, garlic), dextrose, stabilizer (sodium polyphosphate), preservative (sodium nitrite).
