Grape molasses has a very authentic and local taste. We went to visit a village in Bursa. While having breakfast there, I discovered it. It is a very healthy food with its smell and unique aroma. Since it is sugar free, I add it to almost all desserts instead of sugar. Thus, I can prepare healthier alternatives. Thank you Gourmeturca!!

I think it's kind of nuts specific to Turkey. I have not come across this hazelnut in any country before. It is a bit expensive compared to normal hazelnuts in price. But it definitely deserves every penny with its quality and taste.
