The product arrived very soggy and not crispy as advertised. Shipping took only 3 days. Customer service denied issuing a refund and offered me a simple coupon to be spent on the website. Pretty bad customer service. I suggest you to update your policies and issue refunds when products are not as described. Offering coupons is not the best way to treat your customers and solve issues.
