While I like the harmony of rice pilaff and chickpeas, I liked the bulghur with chickpeas more :) Chickpeas were cooked very well. It is neither too hard nor too soft. Since it was pre-cooked, I only heat it in the microwave. Then I added yoghurt and ate it. I would definitely recommend it because it is both delicious and affordable.
