I know it is a drink that Turks love very much. Especially they like to drink turnip juice with Turkish Rakı. I tried it with my friends and I loved it. It has a very unique taste and aroma. It has a slightly salty and sour taste. But everything inside is very balanced.

If you like urfa pepper, then this is the best isot you will find. The quality is excellent and I will certainly buy again. I put the veggies in a bag with a little olive oil, my favorite spices and then a tablespoon of isot. Excellent dinner!

I love the green lentil chicken salad. I boil both chicken and green lentils in separate pots. Then I mix them together and add tomatoes, lettuce, oil and salt and consume them. It is a great dinner. I can transfer both the nutritional and flavor of green lentils to my salad.

Normally I kept the chickpeas in water one night before cooking. After taking this chickpea, I forgot to wait it and cooked it directly. I thought that chickpeas would remain hard, but I did not have to cook for a very long time. It is a superior product in terms of taste. I recommend you to try :)

Of all the lentils, my favorite are the red. I like their taste, their texture & how quickly they cook, compared with other lentils. I especially liked the red lentil soup. Its preparation is very practical and its flavor is wonderful. It was delivered in 2 days, carefully packed.
