If you are using cinnamon for health reasons, this is the one to get. You do not want to use the thick type, which not only doesn't provide the benefits, but I have read it is harmful if used in the amounts you use for a supplement. Plus, it is harder to grind up and not as tasty. These Bagdat cinnamon sticks are lovely to see and to smell. Freshly ground cinnamon — ground by our own hand in your own kitchen — retains all its essential oils and nutrients as well as its depth of flavor, which is why many people (myself included!) consider it to be a sweetener in its own right. If you buy it fresh, and grate it yourself, you won’t believe the difference in taste!

These are fantastic! Great flavor, and perfect snack! Its not enough really not for one person. You need two at one time for a meal! Always fresh, great packaging. As described. I will continue to buy through gourmeturca and not large retail grocery store to save money on this product .super yummy pepper for my child who cant taste pepper , it came with enough so she can put as much as she wants on her pasta! I really like this finely ground pepper. Good size and great price. Bagdat black pepper is good black pepper. We do keep different brands and coarseness of pepper on hand at home in the kitchen - this one goes in the shaker.

We always use Himalayan salt for the inflammatory help it provides. Foods taste amazing and it’s good for you. Great price for the package and works awesome in grinder. Highly recommend! Really like this salt and the pink colour looks so pretty. You can also add an essential oil if you so please. Nice fine grind, doesn't clog the shakers. Light pink color. I wish I had known about this brand before. From independent sources that I've read, this is the healthiest salt available. It contains no microplastics, which are a problem in sea salt, is not highly processed like ordinary table salt. Many naturally occurring minerals also a plus. And very flavorful.

Bagdat is simply one of the best brands out, Amazing products wonderful customer servive. I highly recommend and lookforward to continuing doing business with this great brand. I recently purchased this to use mainly as a tea and was surprised how one teaspoon expanded in the hot water. This was a pleasant surprise because it did not happen with the store brands. When I made curry dishes I relied on good Trinidadian powder along with Gira/Cumin but have since mixed the turmeric in a bowl of hot water and let sit for five minutes and then add to the pot. Really liked the way it improved what I thought was already delicious.

I love love this line of product. Highest quality. I am slowly replacing ALL my spices with bagdat. I am a chef and use both fresh and dry herbs......the flavor and quality of this line is the best I have come across. Please use this line if you cook for your family friends or whomever. My niece lives in Hawaii where the beaches are gorgeous and the weather near perfect but the prices of spices are astronomical! She asked her favorite aunt to send her a few spices and of course, in order to stay her favorite aunt I sent her only the best, bagdat! Always fresh, always delicious and always fast shipping! Wouldn't send anything else to my favorite niece!

I love this spice because it's not salty and you can put it in any kind of olive. Best seasoning ever for them. I am unable to find it locally. It goes great for my olives I cant eat them plain. Light or heavy usage and the taste is great. I love using A LOT. Thankfully I have been able to have his original - I have used it many years in the past but have not been able to get it here in the stores where I go so am so glad to be able to order it. I love this seasoning. Like he is known for - it adds "Bamm!"

Man this stuff is SPICY! I put a tiny tiny amount on my finger to see what this pepper is all about... wow that is one spicy pepper. good price and more than you'll ever need. I dont eat alot of spicy but ive dabbled with habañeros and serranos before, this stuff is the real deal. super spicy. Ever since I found this chile powder I carry it everywhere i go for my food. I absolutely love hot food and this makes my food just how I like it at home or at restaurants. I've even given as gifts. Super ghostly intensity. Use a little, burn a lot!
