I usually get this box in the schools where we're going to be collected as a family. the presentation is easy and beautiful. After buying some stale roasted bread from another maker, I tosssed them and decided to take a chance and go back to a childhood favorite. I know that gourmeturca products are typically excellent, so I ordered these and I've really enjoyed them. Very fresh. And tasty! I admit to being a roasted bread addict and fully expect to have these guys on hand from now on for when I get a craving. Best spice on the market, but a little too much salt for some things. I discovered this in Turkey, where it is very popular. It is great sprinkled over chicken and good on beef too. It took me a while to find the right dispenser. I found one with four holes in the top that I can open or close by sliding the lid. It works great and beats having to use my fingers or just shaking from the bag. The spice has large bits and small bits, and most dispensers were not good about including them all. Very Fast shipping!!! Good quality, I will definitely buy here again!!! THANK YOU!!!!!

My husband is a professional chef...when he's home, we do more simple, comfort food...and this is the only mix we buy. We moved to a southern state..when I go north to visit friends- or even Alaska to visit family...I always come back with mix...in between visits- I come to Gourmetueca! Wow! Truly amazing Bagdat cinnamon sticks. I rarely write Gourmeturca reviews but had to for these aromatic gems. After finding out I had been using poor quality cinnamon my entire life I immediately switched to Bagdat cinnamon which is so much sweeter and better tasting. And organic to boot! It is a great distributor, I have ordered from them before and been quite satisfied. Excellent price is way less than the tiny store bottles cost (I refill mine). Will definitely order this again! I first tried this salt on a cruise, and from that day I was hooked. I can't describe the taste though. It's mineral composition is different from other salts, so is the taste, but it still has the familiar salt taste. I love this salt. I use it on everything. I only use Himalayan Pink Salt and was almost out. I was very happy to find this salt in this quantity, in a fine grind. It arrived early and very well packaged. I'll definately repurchase from this seller when necessary. Highly recommend! I am very happy it wish everyone would use Himalayan instead of normal salt.
