My favorite part of baklava is its crispy dough. I love that sound at the first bite. But of course baklava has a completely different effect on me. So the dough, pistachio and sherbet are amazing !! I've seen many of my friends eating baklava before. But none of them seemed attractive to me. Then I discovered both Goumeturca and this baklava. I am so happy.
