Due to current health issues, eating fruits or vegetables is impossible (I cannot digest them - anything with seeds, skin or a peel), I've tried everything and my body is unable to process them. Even if I cook or steam veggies, they sit in my body for 6-8 weeks! Same with fruit. Applesauce isn't considered fruit and I'm so tired of a liquid diet - the thought of another smoothie makes me want to vomit! These are the greatest thing I have came across! My packages all contain full pieces (no smashed crumbs) of strawberries with a hint of dryness.

they arrive crunchy, much like freeze dried texture. However, they will rehydrate in wet foods. I would imagine a little extra water or milk would be required to completely rehydrate them. The best part is these keep their REAL banana flavor. Good luck! I've never tried but I believe they will probably stay semi crunchy. If you want them soft I would soak them before adding to oatmeal. You can dehydrate in a low temp home oven or freeze dry in a very expensive freeze drier, both processes due the same thing, remove moisture. Great in any way possible. I like to add it in my cereal.

I will be buying again and again. I have had These before and got addicted to them but was buying them from the self serve bins at the grocery store until I saw a lady let her baby reach into the bins with nasty fingers and eat some of the treats. That did it for me. When I saw these on gourmeturca, I decided to give them a try and wish I hadn't because now I have to go to Ginger anonymous as I am again addicted to these. I have to be careful as I will end up eating the entire bag in one day.

My friends from turkey here say that they consumed it very much in their haylayf childhood. Most of the wafers that come in, the children consume a lot and they love to consume. I love seeing them happy. The salty moon core is amazing. we usually provide a daily consumption of a handful next to our tea. It certainly has a lot of benefits. I've been eating sunflower seeds a lot since I've read about its benefits. I bought this for my dad to help with his diabetes. He puts this one or two into his mug with hot water and drinks two or three times a day. It has little bitter taste of course but he loves to drink this and now it became his habit for every morning routine. My dad doesn’t take diabetes medicine b/c he’s in borderline but only thing he does is drink this as tea and he takes bitter melon pill as well. I was ordering some dried mango for my mom and wife to use in their oatmeal. The packages from the store are tiny and expensive. I thought that maybe I could find some online that were a better deal and maybe more wholesome. I am really impressed with this company. The mangos are huge and very flavorful. A lot of the nutrition gurus say to eat a cup of mango a day and I think this would be an excellent company to go with. I like to buy fresh but honestly, they are not too pricy even when they are in season and you never know if they are tasty or bland.
