We discovered Bulgar some time ago - it has replaced other heavy starch food items in our diet. We made several phone calls to surrounding grocery stores but could not find bulgur. Did find it at health food store but at a PREMIUM! This bulgur we found on gourmeturca was exactly what we were looking for. Tasty! We find the flavor and consistency very much to our liking. This is much better tasting than a well-known American brand. Seems to be very authentic, based on what I have eaten in Middle Eastern restaurants. Easy to cook, quick, delicious, and nutritious.
